Terrible service

Buffalo City Municipality service is terrible. The buffolo city municipality has not responded to my calls since this morning at 8 o'clock. The number *** rings and nobody answers; I tried the number ***, and a lady answered and gave me another number to call extension ending with 8330 for accounts, and 8359 for prepaid services.those 2 numbers are not even ringing.A new prepaid electricity box has been installed at my sister's place in Dimbaza king Williams town after she waited since 2017 for the application to go through finally on 23 March 2022 a prepaid box was installed the issue now is to link the old account to the new one in order to purchase electricity, and the registration of the old account has not been done yet.she has no eletricity No one has called her back to find out if the issue has been resolved yet or given her a time frame for getting it fixed.
