tamper mode

I'm residing at no.40 Sonneblom Street Parkridge East London at the back of the yard.on the 14th of July 2015 I bought R20 electricity and try to punch it in but the meter box couldn't read it. On that occasion I realise that the seals of the box was broken.i reported the incident where call was logged. On several occasions I did explain Mr Chris the situation where he did said some has to be responsible because someone did tamper. I explained to him before I left for work the box was in a good order and no seals was broken and that no ******* connections.in the same voice their could check on their system when last we bought. ..A week after when I arrived at home I found their disconnected at pole and meter removed. Secondly the owner of the property passed away I'm the only bread winner. ..it's almost two months without electricity. Where their's suggested to paid the amount of R4289. 79 in order for a replacement meter box . Secondly I don't have that kind of money there's no one off the family members how get me halfway. I call on hellopeter to help me solve the situation. I would like to ask buffalo city municipality to make it bearable for us.
