Poor Customer Service

I called in at BCM from. 1491 Nu16, complaining about electricity that's not on but other houses do have electricity.

It was 8:30 I was given a reference 363727.i called in again after waiting for 30min being caller number 15. I was told employees have gone home I People will come fix it Tomor

What kind of service is this.How am I gonna sort myself out for work or is it because i stay in Mdantsane and a black person so I'm not a priority.

I'll definately take this futher for such poor service at Buffalo City Municipality.Thats the number that I called. ***.
