PLEASE HELP WITH NOISE NEIGHBOURS

Good day<br> <br> Im a resident at 13 New street - daleview - in king williams town. I reside in a residentail area. Ive read the bylaws on BCM website.<br> We've complained about neighbours playing loud music at night. I do not think its right that me and my parents as a law abiding citizens should be exposed to this.<br> <br> The neighbours have been asked before to bare in mind that this is a residential area that has bylaws when<br> it comes to things like these.<br> <br> I know that the summer is on its way and im very sure that this is going to escalate even more. I want this to be avoided by any means. There are other people around us as well and there has been no issues with regards to this noise. <br> <br> We respect other peoples privacy. We expect others to do the same for us.<br> <br> I sincerely hope that this will be attended to.<br> <br> <br> <br>
