No response

We have a dangerous situation where we have a neighbors dog who leans over the fence and snaps at anyone who wants to open our motor gate. My wife, children, myself and every visitor we have have nearly been bitten by this dog. It has taken me a week of calling about 15 different telephone numbers for the bcm departments to get this matter reported. After a week i got the matter reported. Now nearly a month later, nothing has happend. bcm has not shown any interest in this matter. However if you do not pay your rates account then they know how to email you and call you and make contact. I hope for mr randolph rogers sake no one gets bitten by this dog because then I will ensure the blame gets laid at his feet.
