No answering of telephones in departments

BCM - We are having a problem with bee's in our electrical box on the pavement. We are trying to get thru to our municipality for assistance with big disappointment that even the call centre is not answering their calls! After calling 2-3 different call centre numbers, we eventually got thru and were given 5 different numbers to call, of which NOT ONE is answered. We have tried various other departments to get some kind of assistance and info of where to and to get contact numbers, but with no success.

This is our municipality, that we have to deal with that is so *********** and cannot help with anything, no matter what your query. (Sorry to the odd 1 or 2 that is competent that is under this same umbrella)
