Municipality is Useless!!!

The Municipality of East London is so ****, there was a break down at 13:00 in Egoli Buffalo Flats, which was reported, it is 20:30 and still no technicians have arrived to fix the problem, I am a tax payer, these problems should be addressed with urgency a whole neighborhood without electricity for more than half a day!!!!!!! Useless!!!!
