Great Service at the BCM

Recently I visited the Buffalo City Municipal building in Oxford Street, East London, to obtain a copy of our zoning certificate. From the moment I entered the building every person, the security guard, people that met me in the hallways, greeted me friendly with a smile and helped to direct me to the right office. I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism I encountered at the office as well as the speed with which I was assisted. I was in and out in a flash with a big smile on my face. A very big thank you to Mr Quvile, Mrs Mhlana and the rest of their team for their kind and speedy assistance. You set a new benchmark in how visitors to a government office should be treated, bless you all. May you have a good festive season ahead and stay safe.
