Disgusting service

My water meter was last read 11 months ago, finally I got them to read it. They use a sliding scale to charge water - the more you use in a month the more you pay. I have been charged for 11 month consumption in one month by the looks of it No reply from the billing email address provided on the statement for clarification and I cant afford to pay the almost R5k in one go. WE PAY YOUR SALARY do your job starting with the one who did not read my meter.....!!!!!
