CREDIT REFUND

On 25 September 2014, the property of my father was transferred to the new owner. The attorneys notified Buffalo City Municipality and requested in writing that should there be a credit due to the seller, the refund must be made directly to him, the seller.<br> <br> My father has left the country and requested me to attend to all unfinished business in his absence. All attempts have been made to determine whether there is a credit transfer, but to no avail. Initially, someone else was helping me and the last email received from this person was on 21.05.2015 which read kindly assist with adjustments on water and refuse, as I have received an instruction to request for a credit refund.<br> <br> On 31.08.2015, an email was received from new person dealing with credit refunds stating that its for the first time I see your refund since it was handled by Makhi. So can you provide me with your ID so that I can do it again please.<br> <br> Despite numerous email being sent, there has been no progress and it is over a year since the property was sold.<br> <br> <br> <br>
