complaint about bcm

ok so on the 19th of december 2020, bcm water sent out their guys to fix a leak outside of my yard after trying to contact them for 2 weeks. they eventually decided to sort it out by replacing a part. it has now been a full month and they have not yet come to close the hole they dug which is a danger for kids playing outside. i have contacted them numerous times to close and i have now decided that i will close it myself and they will need to dig up again to fit the concrete slabs and then close the hole. it is pathetic service from bcm even after numerous calls complaining. they keep saying that they will send guys out to complete their job but up until today the 20th of jan 2021 nothing has been done. once again i will say it they are useless.
