Buffalo logistics is the worst!!!

This is the worst courier I've ever came across!! No communication at all. I've sent an email, whatsapp texts and called them several times and still couldn't find them. I received a message message on the 4th to pay customs clearance and my parcel would be moved 1-2 days after payment but still it seems like my package is stuck whenever I track it. I have things I need to use next week inside that parcel and they're nowhere to be found! I've never been so frustrated, I wouldn't even give that 1 star if I could.
