BILLING

I logged a complaint a month ago and nothing has been done yet, no phone no sms. Year after year I get charged substantial amounts of money. How can a water bill be R12 000 for 3 months and there are no leakages in the house. Even if there were leakages, a leakage that costs R4000 a month should be huge and yet we haven't seen that in the house.<br> <br> Last year it was the same story I had pay about R6000 that I didn't know where it comes from.<br> <br> I'm sure I'm paying for everybody else that is not paying their debts.<br>
