BCM Municipality stinks

Sewerage water is running down my street in Parkside since last week Saturday and it flow till it goes down the storm water drain. The storm water drain the quickly blocks up and all the *** water flows through my yard to the point that it has destroyed the boundary wall. I am currently on hold for about 29 minutes trying to get through to the bcm call center.

There is no way to get hold of these people. I have gone to their offices in town and in Chisselhurst, but no one could be found who deals with storm water or sewerage.

I have also been 8n contact with the ward counselor, Peter L. Kiki, who has till this day not produced any fruitful results for the area that he is responsible for. After numerous calls, WhatsApp messages and emails I have not had any joy.

Parkside in general has been largely neglected by this municipality and it is beginning to look a race issue.

Hope this might help the higher ups to help with this lack of service.
