BCM Municipality poor service delivery

We have a water crises in the nation but BCM for the past four months has not responded to the faults I have been logging on their systems. I used the app, called, I was in contact with a gentlemen called Bantu Ralana who seemed very helpful in the beginning, nothing came out of that. My house is still flooded with water and it has now become a hazardous to me and little childrens health. The water in the house is contaminated. I am really running out of options and frustrated by this Municipality. I pay heavy rates for WHAT????....
