BCM East London

Hello, I moved in to my house last year July 2021, Apparently I wasn't paying my water bill but others I was paying, I never received the statements what they could send me were the smsz which I thought had everything. Last year December I reported this matter to BCM and nothing was done till to date, I was there in January an email was sent for the late termination still nothing has been done, my water bill is stll under the previous owners if anyone knows someone who could help me in East London.
