Bad Service From BCMM

If there was a way for me to give Buffalo Municipality no star at all, i would've given them none.. pity that i can't do that

I have had no electricity since last week Sunday, i tried contacting them with my ward counselor's assistance, they said they would send people to try to fix the matter.. they didn't send anyone, i called again on Monday, and the lady who was assisting me over the phone was very rude, ordered me to wait and they'll send someone to fix the issue.. when they finally decided to do so, the people came and checked out my meter box, they saw what caused the blackout.. they said they would come back and fix it the following day, and sadly i've been waiting SINCE! It's almost a week now without electricity and nothing but promises from the BCMM
