Bad service at bcm municipality

Im Mrs Zenani a resident at 9 Hempel street Amalinda. I reported a burst pipe outside our yard at around 09H00. First off all the numbers for the waste water and 086 number was not being picked until 10H00. Up untill now the water is still bursting out of the pipes. I mean gallons and gallons of water. Our wall is also going to be damaged by this and we will take them to task
