bad service at BCM King williams town

<p>Hi all.</p> <p>I'm struggling with a querie at BCM since 2014 up till today. My water pipe broke underground in 2014 and we had it fixed as soon as possible. When my water bill came out it was R12000. Went to Bcm opened a querie. The queries is being investigated up till today. I pay more that a R1000 every month on services and after every 3 months I have to reopen the queries and then pay like double of what they charge me monthly. Yet we in 2017 my balance is still R12000 and my querie is still not resolved. The staff are very rude and cannot help you unless you pay.</p>
