Bad Service

The Mdantsane youth advisory centre is not operating since three months back the guy who is there keep on saying they not operating without a reason and he shuts the door closed. We have deadlines for NSFAS to submit and send applications to universities. And as well got business plans to submit. What's the point of this if we can't get help.
