bad roads

Last year there's been some terrible weather which leaded to a road being horribly ruined, this hole is in a bad corner which is also an incline and the cars struggle to stop and move so the cars on the left may pass as a result 2 accidents happened a month after the other.. Now i must say the municipality has sent its employees to fix it which they did 3 times.. First with soil (it was ruined), secondly with another soil which left us speechless because they didn't put tar on like the first time (it was ruined again) lastly, a month ago they came back, had soil and tar so it looked like a patch... <br> <br> Sadly a couple of weeks ago it was ruined as well.. Now a year ago my community started a committee to help bring the crime down
