Bad customer service

Got such bad service, rude behaviour, cheekiness and no telephone ethics from a lady called Bukie Laliso from the Revenue Department in Southernwood/Quigney on Thursdays after a month of no response from her and no feedback for a property refund. I escalated the query to her supervisor of which she said its to be processed after a month of waiting for feedback. Her telephone line is always busy for the past month. She claims she only received documents on Monday whereas I have copy of the emails she responed to when she received documents on the 2nd of May 2018. I’m really not happy with the kind of treatment.
