Unreliable

Disappointing Service, I booked online just to be told Budget can't give me the car, bcos online didn't do the necessary compliance checks, so I must suffer bcos their online system is not efficient. The car hire was prepaid and instead of refunding me, they told me I must call their call Centre. I was left stranded at the airport from George to knysna had to end up paying R700 for a private taxi.
