****ed with budget services and no longer going to use them. They just sell lies.

I made a booking for a car on their website and when the confirmation was sent to me it stated "Rentalcars.com . On the day of picking up the car, the budget car rental outlet in 5 Loveday at street tells me that they need a deposit Of R9500 and further need to verify the bank card prior releasing a car. Furthermore, the address on the confirmation says to collect the car in Braamfontein, but only to find that the collection is in Marshaltown Johannesburg.

I am standing for over an hour and no success from picking up the car. There is nowhere in the terms and conditions from the booking where they confirmed the deposit of such an amount.

The consultant assist me is just so lame and not keen to provide the assistance. Furthermore, The consultant tells me that I have to still request the prepaid amount as a refund from rentalcars.com .

The service is just so terrible and budget is just frustrating when booking a car.

I am really ****ed off and will never hire a car with budget.
