budget car hire, what a dissapointment

<p>I hired a vehicle from Avis/ Budget car hire service at the airport and returned it on the agreement date on the 3rd of July 2017. The vehicle was in a good condition when i returned it. Today is the 19th July 2017 and after how many emails and phone calls to the branch at the airport i still didnt receive my deposit from budget car hire company as stated in the contract. They gave me a very good service and i would love to make use of them in the future again but if this is the case that i have to wait so long for the deposit, i doubt it. No respones from any staff member after i returned the car to inform me that there is a problem with the account details. This is very poor and bad service from Avis Budget and i wouldnt recommend them to anyone else if this is the type of service that they render.</p>
