Billed for damage i was not aware off

<p>I recently rented a car with budged car rents at cape town internaional airport for 3 days and when I returned the car, the guy showed me scratch below the bumper and I explain to him that I was not aware of it and even on initila inspection, that scratch would have been difficult to see or notice. When i recieved the billed i was charged the repair costs which also dont make sense for such a small scratch. I was intially happy with the service offered until i recived the bill. They also dont offered clarity on the petrol costs. I asked the guy about filling up the tank when ir eturn the car and he said, i must not worry about it but the bill show i was charged for petrol.</p>
