Damage to property without Compensation

Budget Cellular situated at Markhouse place Whitehouse Phoenix KZN recently did a RICA on a Samsung Galaxy , after ding a supposed Rica she told me I owed her R20-00 for the Rica, I was shocked but paid her to avoid problems , I was then advised it would take 24-48 hours for the RICA to go through. The following weekend approx 3 days later I went back as the phone had still not been RICAed. She hit it a few times in her palm then proceeded to open the back , I told her I would like to purchase a cover ( As I was not happy with the way she was handling the phone - stating it's an expensive phomne so I would like to protect it ) She stated she knows what she is doing but in that instance she broke the back cover and made a mark on the glass . I told her she would have to replace the back cover but after going there on 4 different occassions and repeatedly leaving my contact details with her . her answer was always the same " We dont keep stocks of covers for Samsungs " when advised that I needed it urgently , she kept responding that she would let me know
