Budget Cellular Phone Replacement

The worst customer service I’ve ever had to experience. These people are serving King Price insurance customers for the replacement or repair of phone devices, my phone got ******/theft and Budget cellular has since sent a phones that just stopped working after a week, which is unacceptable. The worst! Now the turnaround time to get that sorted is long and the communication from the company is not so reassuring.
