Make sure u did not buy cookware from them to use it, only for display!!!

I did buy on Bob shop at supplier Bubble World Laiba Yasir an set of of 7 piece cast iron cookware. When I use it the pan make an bubble underneath the pan and the yellow paint chip off on 3 places!!! I thought they can just replace it for me, but..... Laiba Yasir accuse me as an "****" on Bob shop for use the cookware and not put it on an shelf for display, I use it, I chip it, I make the bubble underneath the pan because I use it and did not put it on an shelf!!! They said I'm unreasonable regarding the matter, because I damage it myself for use it myself!!! I thought it's an joke but it wasn't!! I want them to say they are sorry to accuse me from LYING, I'm NOT an ****!!
