Bubble World - ******* business with poor quality products

Do not buy or deal with this ******* company. Purchased a 3 peice suitcase on BOB, which they said was new but didnt come with a zip handle to close or lock the middle size suitcase. They sent this to me and I had to fit it. Then, I used the very same suitcase a few days later for local travel, this time the inner zip handle broke and the suitcase lock broke, the actual portion that hold the zip handles broke. I had to purchase a lock and lock the zip handles due to this poor quality suitcase lock. Else my belongings would have been exposed at the airport. I then informed them through BOB cos this was reported immediately when first used. Laiba Yaseen Zareena quoted the CPA and sent extracts from the CPA, and the sellers rights, neglecting to take accountability for the poor quality suitcase that was sold. This is the middle size item, I can only imagine the poor quality of the larger and smaller suitcases and all th suitcases they sell cos this is true reflection of their business, Bubble World and how they do business...my claim/request was declined cos apparently I used the suitcase and didnt frame it for viewing only. Just kidding, it got damaged after one use, cant imagine what I would have done if this was overseas travel. This is the most pathetic, and unapologetic company you will ever deal with so choose carefully as they will throw all the legal jargon at you when the defect was reported after 2 weeks of receiving it and using it for the first time. Stay far far away from this *******, irresponsible company who are in business to rip people off
