Zero service - x9 (Nothing works - Lost hope)

Hi Where do I even start ? Tishen, and Brenda, the level of service I have experianced from you and your team members is despicable, the hell I have had to deal with from Quicksure, being accused of nasty things, been considered a **** after I will prove I am not, being told that Tishen is not relaying information to quicksure, excesses and more excesses, to put things short it has been + / - 1 and half months since they broke into my car, broken window and some scratches on the bodywork, yes 1 and a half months and still waiting, qucksure should be sllloooowwwww 4 sure, as for Tishen and Brenda please get back to me for the 9th time, Tishen very disappointing, you tell me the car may be ready on Friday, then you tell me it will be ready the Monday, now you tell me last minute after I have made plans to collect it on Monday it will be done on Thursday, absolouty unacceptable! This entire process of not having a car has also costed me my job, aswell as it put a huge toll on my relationship, also the amount I needed to spend on public transport, aswell as me having to still pay my insurance premiums even though I have no car, the director at quicksure Styn refuses to give me a refund for this time, also very defensive and will not admit any wrong doings on their side, infact after being thretened by his staff aswell as accused of ***** "Its already been done, he cant change anything" this is the attitude of the director of quicksure, its all about attitude, with that attitude I see how it reflects in his company and the level of service it provides, absolutely disgusting!
