When I phoned in I was frustrated with the amount I was paying on my imsurance and anxious that I have fallen off the grace period but I was so delighted when the advisor assured me that I am stil on grace period and gave me a more discounted insurance

When I phoned in I was frustrated with the amount I was paying on my imsurance and anxious that I have fallen off the grace period but I was so delighted when the advisor assured me that I am stil on grace period and gave me a more discounted insurance. I wish there were other ways to express my gratefulness with regards to the information I got and the patience the advisor had in explaining the policy to me. It's much appreciated pilty there's only 5 stars otherwise I could have given 10 stars. Thanks alot.
