We had a break-in three weeks ago
We had a break-in three weeks ago. After opening a case I submitted the claim and it was solved within two weeks. Roelien Jansen dealt with my claim. I was always informed on the stance of my claim, I never had to wonder about anything. Her calm spirit helped us through what we deemed a terrible event as a family.
