Unreliable and inefficient service providers
This company is inefficient, once they receive payment they forget about their clients. They do not follow up on the client nor track insurance premium increases as they promised to do when initially taking up the policy. Even after being made aware by the client that they had not done their job in negotiating the client's insurance premium, they have not acted (6 months and counting). They do not communicate with the client AT ALL, basically zero delivery of what they had promised.
