Unprofessional team and worst service ever

Such unprofessional team working here. Hello

I'd like to complain about Bsure brokers and insurance, the worst company I have ever worked with. I want to cancel Miway insurance and have been referred to them as my brokers but since Friday I have been waiting for a call from Nomsa who was supposedly on lunch when I called on Friday and was going to call me within 5min but I'm still waiting. I called again today spoke to Ali who dropped the call on me. I called again and spoke Pontsho who was extremely rude. They have a star because I can't given them a negative star but they don't even deserve one.
