Unprofessional service
I took up insurance via Bsure and after comparing insurance companies,I found a less expensive insurance, called in to cancel my policy, I pleased with them multiple times to please simply cancel my policy but the lady that I attended to me was so rude, she refused to do as I asked, hence I'm still forced to be with them
