********* Business Practice
Almost a year ago I took out insurance cover for a vehicle I purchased with B-Sure who acted as the brokers for Mi-Way. Since it was a 4x4 that I purchased, naturally I requested for the value added insurance to be included being “Scratch & Dent” as well as “Tyre & Rim” cover.
About 3 weeks ago I hit pothole which compromised the integrity on the side wall of the right front tyre which is now bulging. When I contacted B-Sure to lodge a claim, I was told that I have cover hence they would put me through to Mi-Way to process my claim.
So, the long and the short of this matter is that B-Sure never included the values added insurance on my policy despite me asking them for this therefore due to their inefficiency, surely my claim for the damage tyre should be honored by B-Sure themselves since I was never told nor informed during the course of the year that I don’t have such a cover since this could have been rectified way before us encountering such a problem.
My request to B-Sure if to resolve this matter asap by replacing the tyre on my vehicle since you are now putting my life and my families life in danger since I need to use the vehicle to commute to work.

16 Nov 2021, 10:40It’s sad when you have Companies that allow even their senior staff to operate *********ly by making promises to clients with impunity, which sadly only leave me to believe that such a Company itself thrive on conducting its business without integrity.
The reason why I make such a claim is that if you are made promises by this companies’ big bosses that they would investigate this matter and revert to you within a certain timeframe and you, as a client do not hear from them, this in itself speaks volumes hence these are my assessment of this Company and the moral standings that they operate in.

01 Dec 2021, 13:08I listen to the recording sent and I can concur that there is no mentioning of Tyre & Rim Cover in the 30min or so conversation held between myself and your staff.
I find it quite strange that this is the case, since as far as I can recall, such a request was made at the time of me taking out my short-term insurance cover with Mi-Way via BSure and this is the same recollection your staff had since he could not understand why this was not included in my vehicle insures since he did communicate this requirement to your underwriting department.
Anyway, considering the level of service I received and the way BSure conduct business in an ************ manner, I proceeded to cancel my policy with both BSure & Mi-Way as from end Dec ’21.
