Unauthorized Debit Orders by BSURE!

I'd give BSURE 0 stars if I could, but unfortunately, that's not an option. I can't believe I'm back here writing another review about the SAME issue! You guys are disgusting!

First, you signed me up and debited my account without my consent, which I clearly stated on a recorded call—REPEATEDLY. Then it took over a month to get a refund, during which your call center consultants acted clueless, and even had the audacity to challenge me about MY OWN MONEY when I was NEVER a client.

Now, after being assured everything was cancelled and I wouldn't have to worry, I check my statement only to find BSURE debited my account for R154 in September and R120 in October and November. WHY am I back here writing another review about your terrible service?

You’re the reason insurance brokers have a bad reputation. You’re sub-par, and King Price should find other brokers because BSURE is ****ty!

I want my REFUND immediately, and I don’t want a 30-day runaround. I’m also escalating this to the ombudsman because this is completely RIDICULOUS.
