Unauthorised Debit Orders & No Response from Bsure Insurance

I have been struggling with Bsure Insurance since October last year regarding unauthorised debit orders from my account. Every month, they deduct money (starting with R139 and now R278), supposedly for car hire insurance—something I never signed up for.

When I contacted them in February, they sent me a screenshot of a policy under my ****en name, Bianca Henning, but have refused to provide the actual signed documents proving I agreed to this. I also requested confirmation of which vehicle this insurance applies to, but they have ignored my follow-ups.

Despite repeatedly requesting cancellation, they continue to deduct money from my account. I have even reported this to my bank and canceled the debit orders multiple times, yet Bsure refuses to cooperate or provide any valid proof.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with this company.
