Thieving B-Sure Africa Insurance Brokers
An amount of R1,100-00 was deducted from my wives account which was not authorized by her for an "inception" fee. I have spoken to MiWay insurance and according to them there is no such thing as an "inception" fee and that it is ***** as MiWay does not have any inception charges. In fact we are directly insured with MiWay. Be careful of ********** like B-Sure Africa Insurance Brokers. They will ***** from you and if you do not take control of situations like this they WILL de***** unsuspecting clients. MiWay, according to their policy there is no such thing as inception fees and they have never charge any other fees except for your monthly premium. So B-SAIB I will be disputing and reverse that R1,100-00 "inception" fee which you **********ly deducted from my wives account and the bank will be instructed not to honour any of your debit orders as we deal DIRECTLY with MiWay and I for one will NEVER recommend your establishment, in fact I will tell everyone I know how you wheel, deal and ***** from prospective clients!! Do not give feed back on this review as I am not interested in your pathetic excuses and empty promises. I think the reviews here will tell any and everybody about your ********* practices

We thank you for taking our managers call this afternoon, we confirm that we were able to prove that your wife had indeed accepted a Miway policy and this was processed through our offices from the initial quote stage where your wife provided all information for us to quote.
We provided your wife with a variety of Insurance solutions and she elected to go with Miway as this was the most suited policy for her particular needs.
We further confirm that, all fee's included in finalizing the policy with us had been disclosed by our advisor and subsequently accepted by your wife, thus the reason for the fee you mention.
We do understand that you still contest that no policy was take through a broker even though we have been able to provide proof that she did.
We are still servicing your wife's policy until such a time that this policy is no longer associated to us, and we remain committed to our promise of top notch service levels.
If we are able to assist with anything else then please feel free to give us a shout.
