THEY DONT WANNA GIVE.NY MONEY BACK

I was busy buying a vehicle through a dealership. BSURE insurance brokers were the ones that were going to insure my vehicle. I opted not to take the vehicle and they've taken and initiation fee of 1100 and King Price, another company through them have taken 2 premiums of 509. Ive requested a refund of those funds and I've received 243 bucks in total. The service is **** and its been almost 3 weeks since I've asked for.my monies.
