They don't call back, don't pick up phones... if you get someone on the phone let them sort it out same time!!

Don't wait for anyone to call you back, let them assist you while you are on the call. Was waiting almost 2 weeks for a call back - which never came :( finally after more calls and transfers, someone managed to pick up the phone and luckily it was the lovely Ashley Noble who saved the day for me and provided EXCELLENT service!! Gave me what I wanted on the call and wrapped it all up!! If it was not for Ashley, this would be a 1 Star, but Ashley balanced things out for me and redeemed the company to some extent.
