There's hope for customer service!

I am a firm believer in giving credit where it's due; if we are going to be quick to complain about something, then we must be just as quick to compliment something good. Unfortunately, it has taken me a little longer than planned to compliment, however better late than never.

After my previous experience of bad service, I wanted to bring to your attention a staff member who doesn't just take pride in their work but serves clients with laughter. Jessica Chambers was of such pleasant assistance to me and has been very patient and understanding with me when I've been unreachable. She made the call feel like it wasn't a "sales" call and made the process less of a grudge process. As a person who works in insurance myself, she is exactly the kind of person I would love to have on my team as I would have the confidence in knowing that my clients are well taken care of.

I don't know what the reward or recognition system is with your company, however, employees such as Jessica do not deserve to go unnoticed for the service excellence they give - even if it means putting up with a difficult client who always unavailable for follow-ups.

Thank you, Jessica, for your awesome service, for making me laugh through my sick day and end up feeling better, thank you for making me believe in good service again and for giving me the feeling that I am in good hands with B-Sure. I wish you all the growth and success that comes with the work ethic you carry!
