The worst customer service ever!

I really wish I could give this company no stars. I recently bought a car and needed to take out insurance for it, after shopping around I found a better deal. I called Bsure to cancel my policy but whoever helped me only did half a job. I am still being debited for something I have tried to cancel multiple times, I am also still waiting for them to refund me. This is going on from March. I call in and all I do is get transferred around to different departments, I finally got to speak to someone named Christopher, but I’ve been waiting months now and I still haven’t heard anything back from him. I was told his team leader would give me a call to discuss the situation but a month has passed and I am still waiting for that call. If there is someone who is interested in doing their job at this company and helping a customer. Please do contact me! Because the money that you’re debiting every month doesn’t grow from a tree.
