The worst customer service and continuous debits going off

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service, I will never use Bsure as a broker again!!!

I notified Bsure Brokers in January 2025 that I was unemployed and needed to cancel my policy. Despite clear communication, they have continued to debit my account every month. I've sent multiple emails, but they have completely ignored my requests. To make matters worse, I am the one that has to follow up on mails they refuse to refund the bank charges caused by these unauthorized debits.

This is not only unprofessional but borderline *********. I feel ****med and unheard. It seems impossible to get rid of them, no matter your circumstances.
