The King?

<p>The king, as they call it, should be renamed The King *****. i called for a quote. ( i was previously insured via king price.) They said to me i was previously insured via the broker division they will get someone to call me back. a call from Edward at B-sure soon followed. This was the most unprofessional service from an agent i ever received. He could not find the car details, had to put the phone down and call back 3 times. after i complained someone else got ahold of me. i declined the quote. yet , this morning, king price deducts R1500 from my account even though i declined the quote and there is no insurable interest ? you better reverse that debit order today still. i urge everyone to not go the King Price route. It went from their biggest fan to i will never do business with them again.</p>
