The Advisor that I spoked with, where very patient

The Advisor that I spoked with, where very patient. He did not get angry or annoyed with me during the call, even when I had to ask him numerous times to repeat something maybe more than 3 times. He explained in great detail what i was signing up for. It took a while to explain because English is not my first language. He was friendly throughout the call, as we know these calls can take up to an hour, and that is important for me. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you
