TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM BSURE AFRICA
Terrible service.
My account was double debited for that "Activation fee", as to why no one can explain when I call them. They finally figured out that they had made a mess and now refunding me the double debit has now become the issue. I have been following up for the past 2 months on what exactly is holding up my refund and the agent assisting (although she is really not assisting with anything) keeps telling me that she has had no feedback from Finance and she will provide me with feedback.
To top it all off, their services are useless as I was able to get myself much cheaper and more comprehensive Insurance elsewhere, all by myself, compared to what they had "assisted" with.
Do yourself a favour, do not even bother getting brokerage services or any other for that matter from this company.
