Stop debiting off my bank account immediately. I do not have insurance with B-Sure Africa Insurance.

Thank you for your patience, and we trust you are having an amazing day.
Herewith an update on your complaint, we have been in contact and can confirm the following.
1. You took out a policy through us with King Price for a vehicle you intended on purchasing.
2. You declined the sale agreement with the dealership and we processed your cancellation with King Price.
3. We set your Activation fee for your KP policy and requested confirmation of non delivery from the dealership you were going to purchase the vehicle from, this is the last process we take to ensure your account was not debited for the fee.
4. We have been in contact, numerous times, with the dealership for this notification, we eventually received the outstanding information.
We thus conclude that your account with us has been updated and no future debit attempts will occur.
Thank you yet again in affording us the opportunity to successfully resolve your concerns, we trust that you are happy with the outcome.
Should there be anything else we are able to assist you with regarding current or future insurance needs then please don't be a stranger, we'd love to assist!
