This company is a ****, I took a car insurance policy with them, and cancelled it the next day as I did not end up taking the car, but the insurance still debited and informed me the insurance is still active. I have been calling them for 2 weeks now to cancel it’s always a story that the person handling my case will call me back. What is so difficult about cancel a contract. And now they are telling me they will still debit their activation of R1200 because I took the car with their recommended insurance. What car did I take?! When I’ve informed them I did not take the car. With their unprofessional and clueless agents 🤮
